           Following a decision taken by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, THERADIS PHARMA has been awarded the authorization of ‘Crédit Recherche’ (Research Credit).

 

As such and under the reserve of the authorizations contained in articles 244 quarter B and annexe III, articles 49 sept ies N of the French Taxe’s General Code, the expenses for carrying out the Research and Development operations confided to Theradis Pharma give the right to a tax credit in favour of research (CIR).

 

This authorization is accorded for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013.

 

The ministry thereby recognize that THERADIS PHARMA dispose of the capacities required to carry out work into Research-development (R&D). Nevertheless they do not validate the eligibility of the project presented to the CIR.
