Theradis Pharma is organised in 4 Functional Directions :
- Business Development Management, in charge of Sales, Contracts and Billing. The estimates for the clients are established in close collaboration with the operational departments of Theradis Pharma in order to optimise the logistic solutions to be used for each project .
- General Services, Systems and Networks Management, guarantee the functioning of the infrastructure, carry out adaptations and IT developments, ensure technological surveillance and manage security systems.
- Operations Management, assuring study management and acting a interface between the different intervening bodies, veritable client representative within Theradis Pharma.
- Pharmaceutical Company Management, carried out by Head Pharmacist, who organises and overviews all Pharmaceutical Operations : manufacturing, importation, management of IMP.
The Administrative and Financial Services, as well as part of the Human Resources are assured by an external chartered accountant company.
The Quality Assurance of the company has been confided to an external consultant, each Functional Director is the correspondent for the Quality Assurance within the Company.
