PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY<\/b><\/p>

DEFINITIONS<\/b><\/p>

\u201c<\/span>Processing<\/b>\u201d Any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

THERADIS undertakes the protection of personal data as a core commitment.<\/span><\/p>

THERADIS therefore commits, through this Data Protection Policy, to comply with the regulations on the protection of personal data for its employees,<\/span> customers, prospects, suppliers, service providers, \u2026 in accordance with the European Regulation 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>(GDPR) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.<\/span><\/p>
